Unfortunately I don’t feel like the beauty industry gives lip care enough attention, like they should. But this spring Estee Lauder is changing their game. They have launched a completly new Pure Color Envy lip care collection with 4 new lip care products and today I’m reviewing them all!
Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy – Smoothing Sugar Scrub

I don’t say this a lot, but a good lip scrub is truly an essential for your beauty collection. It doesn’t matter if you like to wear lipstick or not, it always feels nice to have soft and smooth lips. A good lip scrub can be the key for this. The first thing that I noticed about the Estee Lauder Sugar Scrub, is that it comes in a tube. Usually sugar scrubs come in a small jar, which is not the most hygienic packaging. That’s why I was very happy, that it cames in this tube!
But how do you use a lip scrub the right way? You just squeeze the sugar crystals out of the tube and apply ánd massage it straight on your lips. This will help to take care of any roughness or flakiness. You can allow the sugar to melt on your lips (yes it tastes amazing), or wipe away any access. The best thing about is, that the result is visible straight away!

If you are using the lip scrub at night, then I can truly recommend to follow it up with the Lip Repair Potion. If you don’t wear any lip products during the day, you can use it then as well. It will keep your lips so so moisturized and hydrated, without leaving any sheen or greasy texture. Especially if you work at an office or any other environment with high airconditioning, it can not only make your skin dry, but your lips too. This is perfect to keep around at any time, and works amazing in combination with the scrub!

Smooths and conditions for a pretty, pampered pout.
If you are looking for a lip product, that doesn’t only moisturize your lips, but gives them a nice color too, than this Lip Balm will be your go-to. What I definitely want to point out is how beautiful the packaging is of this product, pictures don’t do justice at all. The magnetic closure and heavy packaging make it look so luxurious. It will not moisturize your lips too much like the Lip Repair Potion does, but it will give them a beautiful color. The balm responds to your lips’ unique chemistry to reveal a shade that’s perfectly you.

Lips look more sculpted and feel moisturized and nourished.
The only product that was missing in this Lip Care line is a Lip Volumizer! Thankfully Estee Lauder has thought of this too. When you compare the swatch under this text, to the first picture of the scrub, you can definitely notice how the Lip Volumizer has sculptured my lips. And has given them a nice color too. It has a nice and subtle plumping effect as well, but not as much as other extreme lip plumpers. So if you prefer the natural pouty look, than this is the perfect product for you!
