The new CHANEL COLLECTION LIBRE 2018 is here, and it’s a stunner. It features deep gold shades and metallic textures. For the lips, we have the iconic red shades in different kinds of finishes. The CHANEL holiday makeup collection 2018 collection also showcases three exclusive creations, which are absolutely stunning. Lucia Pica adopts Gabrielle Chanel’s beloved lion icon, which will give the products a wild twist. It doesn’t matter, which product you try, they will all give you a very glamorous result.
In july, you could read (click here) all about my amazing experience when I visited the CHANEL laboratorium for Hydra Beauty. I got to learn a lot more about active ingredients and the formula of the Hydra Beauty products. I started to try out the products straight away, because reviewing skincare products can take a while. After a few months of trying out, I decided to share my skincare routine with reviews included! View Post
After nine CHANEL beauty collections so far, Lucia Pica considers texture for the FALL / WINTER 2018 COLLECTION, where it’s all about matte surfaces and vibrant colors. Even the packaging of the eyeshadows and lip products are completely matte. According to Pica, you need a little extra help from color now it’s fall and as the light darkens outside. Since the winter is coming, your skin will grow paler, you are more covered up with clothes and you have the opportunity to create stronger looks. You get to play with color, to bring the face back into prominence.
There is a new mascara in town and it might become one of your favorites! This season CHANEL is inviting us on a new olfactory adventure, named: Les Eaux de Chanel. A new line of fragrances that will take us on a journey at high speed. In the end, it’s not the finish line that matters, but the journey itself. The fragrances are inspired by three of Gabrielle Chanel’s favorite places: PARIS-DEAUVILLE, PARIS-BIARRITZ and PARIS-VENISE. Today I will be reviewing PARIS-DEAUVILLE and also share why this location was so important to Gabrielle.
Last week I went on a very unique journey at the heart of Chanel’s Beauty. I got the opportunity to go to Paris and take a look inside the CHANEL Research and development center in Pantin. For a beauty editor, this is a dream come true: it’s one of the most amazing experiences I have had! I got to know more about the formulas and active ingredients in the new Hydra Beauty skincare products and today it’s time to share the entire experience. View Post
