Givenchy Beauty Le Rouge Liquide 2018

This season Givenchy Beauty came out with a very unique lip product: a liquid lipstick in a different packaging than you would usually expect. The iconic Le Rouge lipstick – still in a stick but now also with a liquid blur-effect soft matte formula. Lipstick reinvented. In this article I will be reviewing 2 shades and also share a bit more information about the new Eau de Givenchy fragrance. 

Givenchy Beauty – Le Rouge Liquide – € 36,00

A classic lipstick tube with a liquid formula inside, Le Rouge Liquide is full of surprises. A twist mechanism releases into the applicator a soft, velvet cream. The finish is semi-matte, due to the combination of several powders. Lightweight in feel, long-lasting in effect.

The Le Rouge Liquide has been one of my favorite launches so far when it comes to lip products! I took the shade Nude Taffetas with me in my holiday makeup bag and I did not regret it at all. The product truly has a very unique formula, I have never used a lipstick that felt that soft and velvety on my lips. Besides feeling so light, the shades are still very pigmented. Definitely my favourite lipsticks at this moment!
